Season Subscriptions: How they Work
Silver Line season subscriptions are non-refundable, but we want your subscription to work for your life — here's how we make that flexible:
Exchanges: You can exchange your ticket for any show in your subscription into a different performance date of that same production, free of charge, up until 24 hours before curtain — for any reason.
Can't make it at all? If you're unable to attend a performance and can't find a date that works, you can donate the value of that ticket back to Silver Line as a tax-deductible gift, up to 24 hours before the performance.
Full-season cancellations: Because your subscription reserves your seats across the entire season in advance, subscription purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased.
Cancellation window: If you change your mind, you have 7 days from your purchase date to cancel your full subscription for a full refund, no questions asked — after that, the policy above applies.
We'll always work with you. If something unexpected comes up, reach out to the box office — we're a small, relationship-driven theatre, and we'd rather find a solution together than lose you as a subscriber.
